“Definitely easy and worthwhile compared to a walk-in only urgent care.
The waiting room was empty when I arrived and I was seen in less than 30 minutes of my appointment time.
Provider was a good listener. He was careful to confirm my allergies to medicine and ask about my current prescriptions. He double checked that there were no interactions between what he was prescribing and my current medicine.
He offered the opportunity to schedule a follow up appointment.

Had some serious lower back pain and was able to get an appointment super last minute (booked a few hours prior, plenty of availability). Really friendly staff and only had to wait in the lobby for a few minutes. Highly recommend!!

I have an appointment with Mannveet early this week. She is impatient throughout the whole time. and giving out the prescription carelessly. I have couple of follow up questions after I get the test result which indicating I'm resistant to the antibiotics she prescribed to me and asking if I should change the medication. and she never replied me. now I don't think I should continue taking the pills she gave me and I will have to another appointment with some other doctor for a proper solution to my case.

Wait time was more than one and half hrs. I was in terrible back pain and could not sit or stand. There is a reason i wanted to get to urgent care and felt it was long wait when I was in lots of pain

Seriously some of the best medical care I’ve ever received and it was on a visiting work trip. The doctor I saw was brilliant, compassionate, and earnest. It was an everything I needed and they took care of my problem same day!
This will live in my head as an example of the gold standard of what medicine can be.

Very professional, quick and to the point. Definitely recommended.
Only downside would be that they share a parking lot with Whole Foods so at peak hours it may be difficult to find parking. If you are planning to go in the late afternoon, maybe get a friend to drop you off or call a ride share service.

At Carbon Health Urgent Care I was seen for the first time by Kayla Deshong, PA. Kayla acted very judgemental of my experiences and thoughts, impatient when answering my questions, and made comments with dismissive undertones, making me feel unheard and unvalued as a patient. Fortunately her curtness meant that the appointment did not last too long and I could then go about the rest of my day.
I hope that anyone who ends up as Kayla's patient here gets a significantly more pleasant experience than I did. 2 stars instead of 1 star because the office seemed nice and tidy.

Carbon's a tech native clinic with high attention to design (Apple-esque clinics). Zocdoc app (same day booking)-> Carbon app (check-in, test results)-> CVS pharmacy (prescription) all happen seamlessly. Love it compared to the pen-paper alternatives out there (no same day, show up and fill out 10 pages of info, sign in 20 places, tiring just thinking about it)
