I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner versus a Doctor which was acceptable however the NP prescribed Cetirizine Hydrochloride and Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 5mg /120mg dose. In a follow up with my Primary 3 days later, Dr. Mukesh Singh informed me that a prescription for this medicine - including Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride - should NEVER be prescribed for a Senior patient due to potential reactions causing heart palpitations which I did experience. He immediately administered a EKG to eliminate any concerns and removed the prescription from my treatment plan.

Quick, fast and efficient, my issues were fully addressed. Overall a pleasant experience. Only issue was the wait time even though I had an appointment but, alas I feel like at this point it’s pretty common.
