“I went in for earwax cleaning as I was experiencing some hearing issues. The front office checked me in shortly after verifying my insurance. I was ushered into the exam room soon after. The nurse showed up soon and discussed my issues. She pronounced my left ear clean, but the right ear had a lot of wax. The doctor also came over and confirmed her diagnosis. The nurse explained the procedure in detail and apologized in advance for any inconvenience. She began the procedure, which took some time as the wax was difficult to remove completely. Between the doctor and nurse, with persistence, they were able to remove all the wax. Throughout the procedure, they were as gentle as possible and continually ensured I was fine. I would highly recommend this office for all your medical needs. ”

Easy to make appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted by receptionist and signed in. After questions were answered the doctor came in and asked appropriate questions for my symptoms.

It's not easy to find somewhere to go to have ear wax professionally removed. I needed to have ears free of wax for a hearing test. So I returned to Carbon where I'd previously had a good experience getting ear wax removed. I was again very happy with the results.

I have been to this Carbon Health location before and it's always really convenient. I made an appointment for 9:15 am the same morning, and was seen right away. The doctor verified my suspicion about my infection and prescribed medications immediately. By eleven am I had my meds in hand and was on the road to recovery. The front desk attendant was very pleasant. I will keep returning to this location because of its convenience and helpful staff.

The Staff were exceptional from the check-in through the appointment and treatment. Very professional and courteous. They listened to me attentively and clearly stated the treatment plan. This was my first visit and I would go back in a heartbeat if the need arises.
