I was pretty disappointed in my experience here. The staff didn't seem very friendly or very engaged with me as a patient. I went to urgent care after having a persistent sore throat for over 3 weeks. Nothing could be identified as the cause, which wasn't really their fault. They said I had excess ear wax buildup in my ear and I decided to get it cleaned out - horrible decision. The staff clearly weren't talking to one another so I kept having to tell them who had been in the room/if anyone had been in the room. The person seeing me finally got to cleaning out my ears and seemed visibly upset that the other person working didn't clean my ears and it felt like she was taking out on my ears. I didn't want to risk injury to ear drum, so I told them I would get it done another day. But I don't think I'd go back here.

The nurses/PA/Doctors in the back were amazing. There were only two, and they were absolutely slammed, but still kind and communicated so well.
The manager wasn’t as kind and i would say even rude. Not just to me but to others. Terrible disposition. That needs to be fixed, and quickly.

Office was efficient and the frontlines staff were super friendly! The physicians assistant that saw me was great! She got my diagnosed quickly and got me the antibiotic I needed to shake a sinus infection.

The receptionist wasn’t welcoming, but Dr. Jason was excellent. He genuinely listened to my concerns and asked thoughtful questions. I would definitely return and specifically request to see the same doctor.

Appt. 5:30 pm. No acknowledgment in regard to running late and or appts time consideration. Had to ask about appt time and or even getting seen after almost an hour. No common courtesy or sense.

I had a strange experience. The staff was very nice, but I was a little frustrated when I met with the NP. I was sure that I had a sinus infection, and I just came for a prescription, but I was told that I had a virus and I wasn’t given much to help me with my illness (I’m aware that medicine doesn’t really help with viruses, but I was sure it was a sinus infection). I didn’t feel very heard, and I was told to buy medication from target that I’ve already been taking for the past few days. It was odd, I was desperate for help and I didn’t receive much help. The NP used AI too. I’ve been too Carbon Health before and had a decent experience, but this time was different.

They were very pleasant; however, they did not take my concerns very seriously. They severely missed out on checking behind a blockage, and once this was cleared out I did have an infection. Not a very thorough doctor.

This was the nicest urgent care I’ve ever been to even though it was a little bit of a drive for me. I will definitely be back. The wait time was little to none and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and I love that they have an app to get your results immediately!

omg this was the worst experience I have had at doctors office , I was definitely okay with the wait cause they got me in the next day, but after waiting 3 hours to sit into the room for an hour , the PA did not even spend a whole 3 minutes with me where she told me to take allergy medication- after crying and expressing frustration- the PA pulled me back and had no interest in listening to why I was upset - she then gave me another visit where I got to express my symptoms and was finally given care. The whole interaction was super un-professional and the PA spoke to me like I was a friend of hers who we got into a fight - I was very uncomfy and do not recommend this urgent care .

The girls at the front desk were very kind and friendly. The Nurse was great and supportive. The Dr was very caring with concern for those that are sick and ill. I would recommend the place 1000 Times over any other for the caring Dr Only. With he was a regular family practitioner then just the Urgent care.
