I don’t love it. The only good thing about carbon health is the ease of booking. Still, I booked an appointment for basically right when they opened and they didn’t see me until over an hour later. The PA that saw me was nice but I never saw an actual doctor and they sent me off in 20 Min.

I was seen right away. Acaiee (not sure if that is the right spelling) was super efficient, kind and understanding. Kelly Sharon is such a great provider. She cares and wants to help you feel better. I felt safe and glad that I went for help. They stayed behind for me while they tried to figure out what was wrong. It was a Sunday evening and it was raining and no one made me feel bad that they stayed. I recommend this facility above any other Urgent care facilities I have been to.
