More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I was informed 5 minutes before my appointment started that she was double booked and wouldn’t be able to be seen at my scheduled time and to come back 2 hours later when I was sitting outside of the office. I informed them that I was no longer interested because it seemed very unprofessional to me to inform me 5 minutes before my appointment time that I would not be seen. 10 minutes after I got that call, I received another call telling me I could be seen now but I had already driven away after driving there 20 min. This seemed very unprofessional to me and a waste of time, especially considering I scheduled this appointment on 4-5 days beforehand, more than enough time to realize that she was double booked. For that reason I told them to go ahead and cancel as I was no longer interested in seeing her.
