About Dr. Caren Waintraub
Dr. Waintraub grew up in Boca Raton, Florida. She received her undergraduate degree from Barnard College, majoring in neuroscience and behavior, and obtained her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She completed her internship at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and then completed her residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Weill Cornell Medicine. She practiced as a board-certified dermatologist in New York City and West Palm Beach, and is now looking forward to working closer to home!
Dr. Waintraub is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Women’s Dermatologic Society, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
Dr. Waintraub treats a variety of skin conditions, with a specific focus on the mind-body connection and how it relates to dermatologic disease. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive and individualized care to each of her patients, using an evidence-based approach to both medical and cosmetic treatments.

Dr. Caren Waintraub was very kind and personable, she was quick but never made me feel rushed. I went to have a mole checked out and she spoke to me
Very patiently and with empathy and she just comes across like she actually cares. Even though I was only seen for a short visit she addressed my concerns and reassured me that the biopsy was just for peace of mind and she was not worried about it. I’ve had terrible experiences with a lot of doctors in the past who just treat you like a number and dollar signs and it’s clear she is absolutely is not one of them. I was nervous but she made me feel comfortable and at ease. The front desk girls were also very nice and the nurse that stayed in the exam room was also very nice. I was very happy with this office, I chose this provider based on reviews even though it was not close to my house but I will drive out of my way to go there again because of the staff and this doctor.

Facilities are nice and the staff is pleasant. I wish I was notified that my insurance wasn’t accepted instead of collecting my insurance information and saying nothing. Did not see a doctor (that was disclosed to me when I scheduled on the app) Nurse practitioner was kind and caring. Overall good experience.

This is an amazing practice and I had an amazing experience with the doctor. I presented with many issues and concerns and she answered all of them quickly and thoroughly. They provided some free samples of moisturizers and cleansers. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. I even got there 15 minutes early and they began my appointment around 10 minutes early. All the staff were friendly and competent. I will be returning for all of my dermatology needs.

I was nervous abot a spot on my arm that seemed to change. Dr. waintraub reassured me that it wasn't anything to worry about. She has the best bedside manner out of any doctor Ive been to and very kind person I would definetly recommed this practice

Attentive and friendly front office staff. Dr waintraub was prompt and very knowledgeable and was able to effectively diagnose and treat a recurring rash that I was experiencing. I would definately recommend her. The whole check in/out process was smoothe and professional.
