Carese's interest in nutrition began with a love for food and a passion for holistic health approaches. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy supports clients with a variety of conditions such as diabetes, digestive issues, cancer, heart disease, food allergies, and disease prevention/wellness. Carese has a special passion for gut health and helping clients find food freedom. She believes that all people deserve nutritional care and practices with a real-life approach. Carese feels that nutrition isn't a one-size-fits-all solution and that the biggest changes often come from small steps. She enjoys helping every client discover their individual path to food freedom. Carese graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and completed a leadership-focused dietetic internship at the same university. In her free time, Carese enjoys cooking, baking, hiking, yoga, and curling up with a good book alongside her two cats, Iggy and Birdie.
