About Carese Walczyk

Carese’s interest in nutrition started with a love for food and interest in holistic health approaches. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions such diabetes, digestive issues, cancer, heart disease, food allergies, and disease prevention/wellness. Carese has additional passion for the areas of gut health and finding food freedom. Carese believes that all people deserve nutritional care and practices with a real-life approach. They feel that nutrition isn’t a one-size-fits all approach and that the biggest changes can come from small steps. She enjoys helping every client find their individual path to food freedom. Carese graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and completed a leadership-focused dietetic internship from the same University.. Carese enjoys cooking, baking, and hiking as well as yoga and curling up with a good book with her two cats, Iggy and Birdie.
