“Recently I was put in a patient waiting room for another doctor for a solid hour. No one checked on me. I had to go out to reception, where a whole bank of people were staring at their computer screens, to see if I'd been forgotten. When the doctor did finally come in, he carelessly injected my knee causing unreasonable pain. So I've been looking for a new orthopedist. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Politzer was! And this busy clinic was run very efficiently. The staff were all courteous and friendly. But most important, Dr. Politzer was kind, patient, respectful, istened well, went over my x-rays with me in detail, provided me current and full information and options, injected me carefully and painlessly, and I left with a new lease on life! ”
