What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal in therapy is to actively listen to what you want out of therapy and collaborate with you on a treatment plan that aligns with your individual needs. It’s important for me that you feel safe, connected and heard. My style is very person-centered and relatable. I will go where you lead and will look for the moments where I can gently challenge you or help you go a little deeper. I use both Person-centered and insight-oriented approaches and integrate experience-based and cognitive models like ACT and CBT.
