What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide Telehealth services to offer a secure, convenient, and accessible way for you to receive care from the comfort of your home or any private space, as long as you are located in New Hampshire or Maine. My approach is compassionate, patient-centered, and evidence-based, ensuring that each individual receives thoughtful and comprehensive care tailored to their needs. Please note: I do not prescribe controlled substances in the state of Maine. During your initial visit, we will discuss your medical history, current concerns, and treatment goals to determine the best approach for your care. If medication management is appropriate, we will explore options that align with your needs and preferences. Follow-up appointments will focus on monitoring progress, making adjustments as needed, and ensuring your treatment remains effective. I strive to create a collaborative and supportive environment where you feel heard, valued, and understood. Open communication is encouraged so we can work together to develop the best plan for your care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care through a HIPAA-compliant video platform. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative environment where we can assess your concerns and determine whether medication may be an appropriate part of your treatment plan. What to Expect in a Psychiatric Medication Evaluation A psychiatric evaluation is a structured conversation that helps assess your mental health history, symptoms, and treatment goals. During this session, we may discuss: Your current concerns and how they are impacting your daily life Your personal and family medical history Past treatments and medications you’ve tried Lifestyle factors that may influence your well-being This initial evaluation allows for a thorough understanding of your needs so we can determine whether medication may be beneficial for you. Ongoing Care Follow-up sessions will focus on treatment progress, symptom management, and medication adjustments if needed. If medication is prescribed, we will regularly assess its effectiveness and make any necessary changes. Additional supportive interventions may be explored to help optimize your well-being. I am committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered medication management in a way that is accessible and secure. If you’re ready to take the next step, I look forward to working with you.
