I usually don't write reviews but I must say the customer service by Dr. Colins is exceptional and my results are transformative. I waited for a while before writing this review because i wanted to see results first. I came because of acne scars and dark marks. I receive a free consultation and plan. We started with a chemical peel series then added the vampire facial with PRF. I've gotten microneedling before but never seen this drastic improvement in my acne scars. I've also had some treatment for my thinning edges; my hair is growing in nicely. All my questions were answered; and she made me feel seen and cared for. I really appreciate you Dr.Colins!

I am getting the prp and microneedle treatment for my scalp. At my first appointment for consultation, we started treatment immediately, no waiting. I have 1 more to go which will complete 3 treatments. I'm hoping and excited to see the results after that. Carla is amazing and wonderful and so full of knowledge and expertise. I wish I could make her by general practitioner, unfortunately I am not a resident of Ny and I can't take her with me back to my home town. Her weight loss plans sound so reasonable and manageable and affordable! I'm considering it after my scalp treatment.

Botox is settling beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I usually struggle with a ‘Spock brow,’ but not this time. Dr. Colin’s technique was flawless. She really listened to my concerns and delivered perfectly natural, balanced results. Highly recommend!

I am loving my results from the kybella to my waistline. I've lost lost some weight on semaglutide with Carla but wasn't happy with my stomach. We did a few sessions and voila, now I have a waistline. It took a few weeks after the last session to see the results, which had me concerned at first. However Carla re-assured me and it sure did work wonders. It definitely took several inches off my waist and really enhance my overall figure. Very knowledgeable young lady. She was very patient with me, asking a million questions. Highly recommend her!

Carla is amazing. She provided me with a thorough consultation where she spent time examining my needs and explaining the process. I am very indecisive, she validated my feelings and helped me to choose the right plan for me. I’ve been struggling to maintain a healthy weight, in just two months, I lost 20lbs. My edges have been very sparse due to wearing braids and ponytails, now it’s coming back in so I can lay my baby hairs right. Thank you for helping me, you have a lifetime customer in me.

I’ve tried several peels in the past with minimal results, but the Cosmelan peel was a game-changer. It made a noticeable difference in the appearance of my skin. The provider was professional, and the process was smooth. I’m really impressed with how effective it was—highly recommend!

I have PCOS and have struggled to lose weight for years, despite exercising and trying to eat right. It always felt like a losing battle. I recently had my first Botox treatment, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience! I was incredibly nervous beforehand, as it was my first time, but my provider was absolutely amazing. They were extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the process and answering all of my questions, which really helped ease my anxiety. The best part was how gentle they were— I barely felt a thing! The results turned out perfectly, and I feel so much more confident now. I highly recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re feeling a bit nervous like I was. I will definitely be back!
