About Dr. Carla Marrero-Sanchez
Dr. Carla Marrero Sanchez is native to the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico in Río Piedras with a bachelor's degree. She is also a Doctor of Chiropractic, having earned her degree from Life University, where she is currently finishing her Master of Science in Sport Health Sciences.
Fluent in injury management and performance enhancement through chiropractic care, Dr. Carla has dedicated extra time training in extremities, cranial work, gentle adjustments for special populations, and low back pain management.
She is authentic and loves sharing her knowledge while caring for families. Her mission is to empower health so that each member of the family can stay active and perform even better than before through drug-free, natural health care.
She is also a mother of one beautiful boy, “who has superhero powers” and follows her everywhere she goes. In her free time, she loves to play acoustic guitar and explore parks with her son, Hugo.

I would love to say that Doctor Carla is AMAZING! She explained everything to me for as what was going on with my back. I’ve been having back pain since December 2021 and it is February 2022. I went to see her and after my appointment my pain came from a 7 down to a 3. Here I am one day later writing a review and I would just like to say that my pain level on a scale from 0-10 with 0 being no pain at all….I would say my pain is a 1!! I’ve done the stretches that she recommended and I drank water all yesterday. THANK YOU DOCTOR CARLA YOU ARE AMAZING!! Can’t wait to see you again!

Dr. Carla is the best! She is very knowledgeable about the anatomy of the spine and explains thoroughly where the issues stem from and why they occur. She is very personable and is definitely dedicated to helping each client feel their best long term. If you're wary of chiropractors, rest assured she is awesome!

Dr. Carla is fantastic! I went in for back pain due to pregancy. I’ve got in for about 4 treatsments and my back pain is basically gone. I went from serve back pain every day all day to nothing. I’m going to continue going to Dr. Carla at iceberg health through my pregnancy & highly recommended anyone who is expecting to do the same!

Dr. Carla and the entire team at Iceberg Health is amazing! I cannot recommend them enough. They were able to help me out tremendously after COVID-induced WFH did a number on my posture and started causing problems in my neck and shoulders. Now that I have the team at Iceberg Health adjusting me regularly (and a real desk now -- that probably helps too!), I have been doing so much better!
