At our wellness center, we offer 4 main services designed to improve your overall health. Weight Loss, IV Therapy/NAD+ (in office only), Men's Health Services and Virtual/Tele-Health. Tele-health/Virtual Visits for Only $85. Get your annual physical and other specialty care virtually from $125- $150. Membership Services with a one charge of $200.Then $50 a month which include 6 virtual schedule visits for any conditions. We accept credit cards.

Our weight loss programs are designed to help you reach your goals safely and sustainably. We offer a variety of options, including OZEMPIC, MOUNJARO, B12 LIPO-MINO-MIX, L-Carnitine, nutritional counseling, appetite suppressants, and exercise programs, all tailored to your individual needs. Carlton Dawes, MS, APRN-C, CNE., is the founder and owner of AMAPURE, a wellness center dedicated to helping people achieve optimal health and wellness.
Born and raised in Jamaica, Carlton moved to the US, heading to Michigan to pursue his Master of Science degree at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. After earning his degree, he worked in urgent care and family practice for 15 years, gaining extensive experience in the healthcare industry.
Driven by his passion for helping people create healthier lives, Carlton founded AMAPURE LLC in Hallandale, Florida. His goal is to provide affordable and accessible healthcare services to the community, with a focus on weight loss programs and other wellness services.
With his extensive experience in healthcare, Carlton is committed to providing high-quality, personalized care to all of his clients. He understands the challenges that many people face when it comes to managing their health and is dedicated to helping them achieve their health goals in a sustainable and effective way.

Incredible thorough puts in orders right away, easy to get in touch with and works with you to get appointment that works with my busy work schedule, receptive to concerns, fast at ordering labs and putting in prescriptions before I even leave the office, huge focus on exercise activity and healthy nutrition as the basis for overall health but informed me on the importance of vitamin supplementation for my needs and vitamin deficiencies based off my blood work results.
