Dr. Babis was amazing. She addressed all of my concerns in a very thorough manner. She also communicated test results through the patient portal in a detailed way. Definitely a doctor who cares about her patients and giving the best possible care.

Very fast appointment.. Some good recommendations were provided but i didn’t feel like it was a thorough annual examination outside of just getting a nurse to take bloodwork. I had to ask the nurse questions because the doctor didn’t wrap up the appointment well causing some back and forth (nurse asking doctor question then coming back to me). For bloodwork results, I’m used to being called to go through it and get recommendations but all I received was an email to review my own records and figure out what’s good and not good..

Fast check in. Fast appointment. Clean clinic. She was very helpful and listened when I asked for some additional testing. I asked about some bone growth on my hand and she was able to quickly identify the issue by name and reassure me it wasn't anything to worry about. Thanks!

I came here based on great reviews, and they weren’t wrong. It’s so hard lately to find a good PCP that you like and trust, AND can get into relatively quickly, and Innovative provided both! Dr. Carly Babis, and the assistant, were both so great and kind. Carly listened to all my issues and gave suggestions and it really helped. I have found a new primary care facility!

Dr. Babis is great! She’s approachable, non-judgmental, and empathetic. She is thorough with her questions and makes me feel like she actually listens to all of my concerns. Very knowledgeable on a wide variety of issues, but is also great at explaining things in layman’s terms. Highly recommend!

The appointment not only felt rushed, I was not allowed to communicate all my health concerns, mistakes were made on the referrals, and every question I had felt like I was bothering the staff.
I will not be returning to the office or using any of the referrals provided.

I thought everyone was very nice. The nurse came in right away, then when blood needed to be drawn, that happened right away as well. Then someone came in and offered me a beverage. I thought the whole experience was great and would highly recommend this provider and the facility to others.

I am thoroughly disappointed. Zocdoc confirmed my insurance was accepted here but it was not. When I arrived there were three nurses at the desk but only the one on the phone acknowledged me and checked me in after telling the person she was on the phone with to hold. Overall I won't be using Zocdoc anymore, and certainly won't be referring anyone I know to go to this location.
