What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a Somatic Psychotherapist who offers a grounded, supportive, and gentle space that welcomes all individuals to slowly explore their inner experience. It is truly an honor to do this work, and I hold deep respect for the therapeutic process. I am personable and nurturing, walking alongside clients through life’s inevitable shifts and transitions. I see myself as a beacon, here to help others remember, cultivate, and nurture their natural goodness or Buddha nature. I love working with individuals, couples, teens, and families, and value supporting people across the full spectrum of life’s journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and grounding environment where they are invited to pause, breathe, and begin at their own pace. We will take time to get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and identify the goals or areas of focus you’d like to work on. My intention is to offer a space that feels safe, nurturing, and restorative—one where you can begin to rest, receive support, and feel deeply seen and cared for. Together, we begin building a relationship rooted in trust, curiosity, and compassion.
