When I got there I had to fill out a form before I even checked in. Check in was done by them calling me up to a desk then quickly asking a few questions, they didn’t answer any of my questions. Then sending me back to my seat. Then the nurse came and got me. We took vitals then back to a room. Once in the room the nurse told me it would be 45-60 minutes. An 1 hour and half the doctor came in. We ran through the basics then she asked what brought me in today. I told her some of my health concerns around the area of weight and she brushed them off and told me that I was on the right track. (Even though the things I have been doing have only made me gain weight not lose any!)
Overall it was more upsetting than helpful. I will not be going back.

Dr. Dellinger is personable, professional and, in this first interaction, appears to me to see me as a whole person. I felt very comfortable with her and will continue to see her as my primary care doc.

Dr. Carol was very friendly and patient. She gave me lots of suggestions that were suitable with my situations. I talked about all of problems and she responded to all, which was very important to me. I was not ignored. All in all, that was a wonderful. And I am very thankful to Dr. Carol.

I did have to wait a little while to be seen but the doctor was incredibly professional and asked fantastic questions. The office staff was also incredibly kind. I did not like how the video call when you first enter the office was loud enough for the whole lobby to hear. I thought that was slightly unprofessional, but the doctor was fantastic and I will be returning to the office.
