“Doctor Milliken was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was the first provider I’ve spoke to that actually believed me when I told her my symptoms, in the past I’ve been laughed at and made to feel like my symptoms were something other than what they were. But Doctor Milliken made me feel seen, heard, and actually took the time to get to know me before diagnosing me. I would highly recommend her services, she is a 10/10 in my book! ”

“For someone’s first time using a virtual doctor this was a fantastic experience. Dr Carol made my first visit a positive experience and really showed knowledge and care in attempting to address issues that past doctors did not attempt to identify. Our appointment was far longer than I expected and really showed that she wanted to fully identify potential underlying issues. I couldn’t recommend her more. In a world that has be become more corporate and fast paced Dr Carol is a breath of fresh air that obviously cares about her patients and is not afraid to take the time necessary to investigate the issue.”

Before making my appointment with Carol Milliken, I read her information and education background and I was impressed. I knew she might be the right fit for me and that is when I decided to book the appointment. Booking an appointment was so easy, she had so much availability at every time & even on weekends. Being a mom and working full time, this was important to me. When I finally met with Carol, she was so personable and she was able to meet all of my needs when it came to treating my specific mental health issues. She is compassionate & you can tell she loves what she does. In my opinion, she is better than anyone else I have seen previously. She actually listens to your problems & treats you accordingly. I will definitely be continuing my journey to a better mental health with Carol Milliken. She deserves more than 5 stars & I highly recommend her to anyone. I will be sharing her practice & her expertise with all of my friends, family, coworkers and anyone else that needs psych!
