I cannot say enough positive things about my psychiatrist. From the very first appointment, I felt truly heard. She takes the time to listen without rushing, without judgment, and without making me feel like just another patient on a schedule.
What stands out most is how present she is. She remembers details, follows up on things we discussed previously, and makes sure I fully understand my treatment options. I never feel dismissed or minimized. Instead, I feel supported, respected, and involved in my own care. I highly recommend Carolina to anyone looking for compassionate and high-quality care. One of the things I appreciate most is that she speaks Portuguese — it has been incredibly difficult to find a provider who truly understands my language and culture, and that alone made me feel more comfortable and supported from the very beginning.
