The first one game wrong info, then I had to call their clearrx provider, then call back again - wasted an hour before the 2nd staff told me she left a note and could take up to 2 days to get prescriptions. I have a developing medical condition. I don’t know why prescriptions would take this much work.”

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Carolina spent time after college and prior to graduate school as a medical assistant and research coordinator for a prestigious Dermatology group in Miami. She went on to graduate summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University, where she later obtained her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. During her clinical year, she received her elective clinical training in dermatology.

They gave me the wrong prescription for something I needed urgently. I messaged them multiple times to change it. But it ended up taking a few days. Terrible service. Staff were on their phone most of the time. Pretty sure they were intentionally ignoring my calls asking to have this prescription changed. They didn’t seem confident at all with the condition that I went to them with. Having to pay again to see a new health care provider at a different practice

Carolina Rosell, PA-C is amazing. I came into the office (very last minute) to have a growth checked out on my scalp because skin cancer runs in the family. She was very invested and attentive to my history and my concern. Ms Roswell, is very knowledgeable and thorough with her observation, course of action and treatment. Laid a very logical and decisive course of action to rule out any potential larger health concern. Her bedside manner is very pleasant, patient, personable and decisive. This also seems to be systemic throughout the entire office/clinic, as all my interactions were so welcoming and comfortable by all on staff. I highly recommend Carolina Roswell PA-C and Flatiron Dermatology Specialists.

the PA was knowledgeable pn my condition took time to listen and answer all the many questions I had. she prescribed the necessary medication and booked my follow up I'm confident in my recovery as it's only been a few hours after my visit and I'm getting relief from my symptoms because of the medication she prescribed
