Caroline is a registered dietitian based in Georgia with experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. Caroline discovered her passion for nutrition later in her college career than most, so she understands the journey and hard work it takes to accomplish goals. While at UGA, she interned with the NCAA football program, working closely with athletes. Caroline has experience supporting clients with weight loss and gain, functional movement nutrition, and performance improvement nutrition. She completed her dietetic internship at Life University in Marietta, Georgia. Since graduating, Caroline has worked in clinical inpatient nutrition, caring for patients with a variety of diagnoses including diabetes, heart failure, cancer, renal failure, COVID-19, and more. Caroline takes a functional, Health at Every Size (HAES) approach to nutrition therapy. She believes that realistic, attainable goals lead to the most sustainable changes for improving overall wellness. Caroline embraces the idea that all foods can be included in every diet and loves dessert as much as the next person! She is committed to walking hand in hand with her clients to help them achieve their goals.
