Getting to know Caroline Gamble
Caroline Gamble is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner who treats adolescents and adults. She began her career in mental health working as an inpatient psychiatric mental health nurse at The University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital. Caroline earned her Bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After graduating, she joined BlueSky Telepsych. Caroline’s experience includes a broad spectrum of clients with a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, post-traumatic stress disorder, and adjustment disorders.

Starting therapy or psychiatric care can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you're not alone in it. My approach is calm, compassionate, and collaborative — I want you to feel safe, heard, and understood from our very first session.
I take the time to really get to know you — your concerns, your goals, and what’s been working or not working for you. Whether we’re exploring medication options, talking through stressors, or managing symptoms, we’ll work together to create a plan that fits you.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before we talk — just showing up is enough. I’m here to support you wherever you are in your journey, with no pressure and no judgment.

I ignored the bad reviews for Caroline that I had seen prior and deeply regret it. I have no words for how uncomfortable my visit was. Caroline did not take me seriously at all, rolling her eyes at me after talking about past experiences, and overall the worst medical appointment I truly have ever been a part of.

I was excited to have an appointment with her due to her amazing reviews, but she is not a compassionate and caring doctor as they say. I think she was salty because I saw one of her coworkers last week and didn’t like her so she took it out on me and just kept looking at her computer didn’t look me in the eye kept asking “what do you want for me? What do you want for me? I’m not gonna give you the medication you want so just keep doing what you’re doing. Good luck bye”. Don’t let the good reviews fill you guys. She is not a good person.
