What should a new client know about working with you?

"My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. During the intake session, I will conduct a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment for a holistic view of the client’s strengths and needs, followed by a collaborative treatment planning stage during which we will develop and clarify treatment goals tailored to their needs. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where we work together to find the best path for you. I will provide you with the guidance, tools, and resources you need to navigate your journey toward a happier and more fulling life. Optional homework is regularly provided and designed to reinforce insights uncovered, integrate concepts, and shift perspectives and perceptions."

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
