Virtually no wait time. Staff was very nice and professional. I feel I was listened to. I have often found that PA's actually listen more closely to patients and are more invested than MDs, this was such the case here. Care and follow up instructions were clear. 10/10

Caroline and her assistant were great. They were thorough and did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable when removing some areas for biopsy. Receptionists were great. My only complaint is that ZocDoc claims this provider accepts my insurance when they don’t. It would’ve been nice to know this before I was in a gown and ready to be examined, but they did give me the option to self-pay at a cheaper rate (I chose) or take their referral recommendations. Make sure to call your insurance and double check for due diligence. I’d happily go back if my insurance was accepted.

I procured an appointment with PA Caroline based on reviews, which was fantastic, while she was present. When you visit an office, you interact with additional office staff. I had a large nevus that needed to be checked. Caroline assessed and brought in the MD. Both of them were fantastic. A biopsy was decided. Enter MA. He was awful and clueless. He tried to look at the wrong arm (three-inch birthmark, HARD to miss), and use latex gloves multiple times (latex allergy). Before the biopsy, he had to be asked to clean the site and kept saying "my bad, I forgot". He dabbed it once with a cotton ball with no alcohol. They were taking two biopsies. I took the swab myself, asked for alcohol and cleaned it. He dropped the needle on the floor and picked it up to attach to the syringe to use. I'm not typically a butt, but when it comes to infection control and common sense, this guy was lacking. I wouldn't go back to them if my life depended on it. This guy ruined the whole practice for me.

Went to get a skin cancer screening and was in and out in 40 minutes total. 15 of those minutes were in the waiting room which was only because I arrived slightly late. Caroline was very nice and helpful and gave very clear instructions

It’s on me for not scheduling the correct kind of appointment, from the drop down menu of options; but she didn’t ask, at any point, if I had any questions. Leaving, I received a stapled packet of “things discussed, that she recommended” …but she didn’t mention any of to me. To be honest, I’m not entirely sure what I’m even reading about, or how it applies to me. Confused, overall.

It was my first time at a Dermatologist office. The front desk staff, the tech, nurse and Dr. Caroline Lee were all so nice and patient. The nurse was specially so understanding and attentive.

The pleasant and professional reception team made the visit fast and easy, Dr. Lee and her staff were amazing while we were in the examination, I can’t speak highly enough of the whole experience. 10/10 recommend, no questions asked

Very positive experience!
