With more than 15 years of experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness across a variety of settings, Caroline brings compassion, clinical expertise, and a holistic approach to mental health care. She provides individualized, evidence-based treatment tailored to each person’s unique needs, goals, and life experiences. Caroline is committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. YOUR FIRST SESSION IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO BEGIN A TRUSTING, COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIP. WE WILL DISCUSS YOUR CURRENT SYMPTOMS, MENTAL HEALTH HISTORY, MEDICAL BACKGROUND, AND MEDICATIONS. TOGETHER, WE WILL IDENTIFY YOUR MOST IMPORTANT CONCERNS AND DEVELOP INDIVIDUALIZED TREATMENT GOALS BASED ON YOUR NEEDS AND PREFERENCES. CAROLINE STRIVES TO PROVIDE A WELCOMING AND COMPASSIONATE SPACE WHERE EVERY PATIENT IS TRULY LISTENED TO, VALUED, AND ENCOURAGED THROUGHOUT THEIR PROCESS.
