Board-certified Physician Assistant Caroline G. McFeeters has hands-on experience diagnosing and treating a diverse range of ear, nose & throat conditions. Most recently she served as a Physician Assistant at a major local healthcare system where she was responsible for managing routing and complex ENT conditions, conducting surgical consultations, and providing post-operative follow-up care. Caroline holds a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with an Emphasis in Pre-Physician Assistant studies. She is certified in Cardiovascular Life Support and Basic Life Support. Good overall experience but a few tweaks would help. When signing up online it wouldn't let me request a hearing test AND a ear cleaning. We tried calling to clarify but it was a challenge getting in touch with a busy office. Once there they had to enter my insurance info which I had already provided online. They said the systems don't transfer info completely. Now I guess that 3rd pty software has my info too and who knows where it goes from there. But that's not too uncommon. Other than that the staff did a great job going through the hearing test and cleaning and follow up process. Thanks.

She provided outstanding care. I had several things going on, and she reached a diagnosis for each set of symptoms. Her plan for my recovery has been effective. She is personable, knowledgeable, and loves her profession. Highly recommend!
