I am Caroline Ndifon, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed in California. I hold a Master's degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from the National University of Health Sciences. Additionally, I earned a post-graduate certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in psychiatric mental health from National University. I have been practicing for 2 years, providing care across the lifespan. I help young adults and elderly adults struggling with anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, trauma, bipolar disorders, PTSD, career stress, and burnout become the best versions of themselves.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Clear Path Mental Health provides comprehensive physical / psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and individualized treatment plans and psychotherapies for mental health illnesses across the lifespan. I am a healthcare educator and a strong Clients' advocate and encouraging patients healing process. I provide mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric populations who are eager to improve, but do not yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about their careers.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
In Clear Path Mental Health. during our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help Caroline create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Clear Path Mental Health holistic nature of providing care will help the clients to achieve their mental health needs, diagnoses, individualized treatment plan and age specific psychotherapies. My clients will expect empathy and professionalism.
