With over 10 years nursing experience, I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP) holding a MSN from Walden University and a BSN from Chamberlain University. As a mother and recent transplant from Atlanta, Georgia, I still carry an umbrella! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to music, reading, and meeting new people. My practice focuses on personalized treatment plans aimed at promoting positive mental health outcomes. I utilize skills such as medication management, individual therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness principles to assist clients deal with their mental challenges. I specialize in ADHD and ADHD assessments, anxiety, and depression. I also have experience working with OCD, impulse control issues, Geriatrics and Aging.
