“I had been having trouble with ringing in my right ear and didn't want to wait to be seen by primary only to be referred to ENT anyway. Went on ZOCDOC and found Boston ENT...just 20 minutes from my house and very highly reviewes. I was able to see all available appointments and choose my location. It was so easy and I was seen 24 hours later.
The office was immaculate...very clean. Front office staff were fantastic and friendly. I can't say enough about Caroline my NP and Quentin the audiologist. They listened to my concerns, checked me out and had a resolution for me in under 30 minutes total. Highly recommend this practice and booking on ZocDoc. I am very happy I did. Now I feel reassured!”

Caroline was great. Kind, patient, and thorough. She explained why my symptoms, though confusing, were not abnormal and gave me peace of mind. A check in follow up was suggested by her, not me. This made me feel like she was invested in my long term care, not just for that 15 min appt. Would highly recommend.
