Caroline has extensive knowledge in cosmetic dermatology and medical weight loss management with GLP-1s. Trust the comments and don't bother scheduling with this provider. I never received an email from the provider's office as zocdoc states I would. I scheduled this appointment more than a week in advance, so they had time to send the link.

No one contacted me to start the virtual appointment and I called multiple times and no one responded or called back.
Just because it’s virtual doesn’t mean it didn’t waste an hour of my day.

My appointment time came and I hadn’t heard from the office. I called them to ask how I join the virtual appointment, and they said “oh we didn’t confirm that and that provider isn’t available until next week”. Everything looked to be confirmed on my side (I’ve been using ZocDoc for many years, this was not my first time) I booked more than 24 hours in advance. Apparently they don’t look at their schedule or communicate proactively with patients. Avoid this one!
