“I recently had my annual checkup with Carolyn Collier, and I couldn’t be more pleased.
The experience was professional, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. The office is located in a cool complex, and I was helped right away. I never felt rushed or like I was just another appointment on the schedule.
What really stood out to me was Carolyn’s approach. She was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely listened to what I had to say. Rather than simply checking the boxes during an annual exam, she asked thoughtful follow-up questions, clarified things when needed, and dug deeper into my responses about my health over the past year. I felt like she was actually trying to understand me and my health—not just move through a checklist.
It was definitely not the typical annual physical. I highly recommend Carolyn Collier to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and caring family nurse practitioner. I’m very happy I found her!”

Carolyn Collier was amazing. She was very friendly, personable and smart. She listened to me and knew exactly what to do to help me. With other healthcare providers I always get sent to other places for x-rays or labs and have to make follow up visits. She knew what was wrong and started treatment in the same visit.
The only things I didn’t like, was that her office was difficult to find. It was in a building that looked as if it was used as a call center and her office was tucked way in the back. The entire building got locked up at 6:00pm and my appointment was at 6:30. It took about 20 minutes and 2 phone calls to an out of state number to finally have someone let us in the building. Carolyn was definitely worth the trouble though!!

Just wanted to add another great review to the pile, Carolyn rocks! No wonder she was referred to me by two different people! She was informative, she was able to help me make a plan to help mitigate the things I wanted to look into without overwhelming me, she helped me pick the pharmacy that is best for me, she didn’t make me feel rushed and it felt like something had finally been accomplished for once leaving a doctors office. I won’t be back. she didn’t really focus on the issue I came in for, and was asking more questions about other things and wasn’t even going to check the area of concern and she didn’t give me any answers or possibilities of what it could be.
