I then moved to Missouri for medical school at A.T. Still University, Kirksville, Missouri Campus, where I earned my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree, before completing my clinical rotations in Arizona. I chose to practice internal medicine because I enjoy learning about complex disease processes that are essential in finding the best diagnosis and treatment plan for my patients. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking and snowboarding. Dr. Carolyn Grachen is an Internist-Resident currently training with Rocky Vista Health Center Medical Group.
