My name is Carolyn, but I go by Carrie. I am a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner with a Master’s in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Norwich University. I specialize in managing mood disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorders, OCD, and more.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I firmly believe that mental health is essential to overall health. I am excited about the changes in our culture that have shined a spotlight on mental health. I believe in continuing to fight stigmas and promote emotional well-being. I provide a safe space where you can feel supported and we can work together toward feeling your best. I believe the best treatment is evidence-based and comes from patient collaboration. I encourage patients to be active in the process and welcome feedback.

In our first appointment, we will discuss your mental health journey so far and identify your goals. I am here to help whether you’re facing a new challenge or seeking tools to manage long-standing concerns.
