With over 17 years of healthcare experience — including 2.5 years as a board-certified Adult/Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner — I am committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered, personalized care to adults and older adults in the Saginaw and Fort Worth, Texas area. I earned my Master’s in Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington, which has equipped me with advanced clinical knowledge to better serve my patients.
As the owner and primary provider at my private primary care clinic, CaroMas Healthcare Services, I focus on preventive health, chronic disease management, and empowering patients to take charge of their well-being. In addition to routine primary care, I specialize in a clinically supervised medical weight loss program designed to help patients achieve sustainable, healthy lifestyle changes through personalized treatment plans.

I had such a wonderful experience with Carolyn Woahloe. She was patient, communicated clearly, and took the time to educate me throughout my visit. I never felt rushed, she truly listened and made me feel heard and cared for. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and serves with compassion. Knowing she’s a believer in Christ made the experience even more comforting. I would absolutely recommend her to my closest friends and family for medical care!

There was no wait time, and the provider was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and explained everything. I appreciate that labs were done during same appointment. She is also open on Saturdays which is very convenient with my work schedule. They gave me steps to address my ongoing health issues. I felt well cared for and highly recommend this office for PCP.
