About Dr. Casey Hays
Dr. Casey Hays is a nationally certified Doctor of Chiropractic practicing out of Pro-Care Medical Center. He offers patients in and around Austin, Texas the very best in chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue release therapies, rehabilitation, and patient education with a specialization in active release techniques. Beyond chiropractic and rehabilitative exercises, Dr. Hays uses decompression tables, cold laser therapy, and handheld mechanical devices for working out pain stemming from the muscles and soft tissue.
Dr. Hays is originally from Alpine, Texas. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic, and a certification in acupuncture, from Parker College of Chiropractic and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University. Dr. Hays has received specialized training in McKenzie and the Graston Technique. He’s also trained by the Titleist Performance Institute Golf as a Fitness Instructor. He previously volunteered with Leander ISD.
Dr. Hays focus is on providing the patient with highly personalized care that addresses all of their concerns. He looks to educate the patient, and work as a team in conjunction with them, to help them accomplish their goals for health with the many resources available at Pro-Care Medical Center. He brings personal attention to each patient, courteous of their time and condition, and looks to provide care that is uplifting and effective from a reliable source.
In his spare time, Dr. Hays enjoys woodworking and home improvement projects when not wrangling two boys with his wife.

I arrived at the office and front desk clerk was very helpful. I was seen by Dr. Casey Hays promptly after my arrival. He listened to my concerns. He talked me through his thoughts & plan for therapy. He showed me specific exercises that would help with my injury & hopefully help strengthen it. He was very positive and helpful in the process. I look forward to my next session and appointment with this practice.

Dr. Hays spent alot of time talking with me to determine my past chiropractic experiences as well as my current needs. He specifically showed me how to do exercises that will help me increase my strength, agility, and flexibility. Excelent. Casey/Dave very receptive to my coments/asks. The plan put in place to fix me showed considerable improvements. Facilities are clean and well kept... Well equiped. Schedule flexibility is great.

My lower back as never felt better! Chiropractic helps but isn't a long term fix. Hays provided some simple stretches and exercises I could even do at work to get stronger. Other PT places wanted me to return several times a week which was very costly. Hays advocated self empowerment giving me advice and tools to fx myself. It was nice having someone invested in me getting better rather than draining my HSA account.

Casey has treated me for a few issues and I always leave my appointments with him feeling much better then when I went in. I was very anti chiropractor before but he changed my mind and makes the appointments very easy.

Dr. Hays is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and has the best bedside manner. He listens to your concerns and knows exactly how to address them and explains thoroughly the causes and treatment. He is my go to for sports injuries. My husband has also received excellent care, but for his chiropractic needs. We were in an emergency type situation and needed help right away for his back injury. Dr. Hays was timely and able to treat him in just a few sessions. He also took the time to teach him preventative measures to minimize the chance of it happening again. I would highly recommend Dr. Hays and his team.
