What should a new client know about working with you?

I am the owner and operator of Mental Health Concepts. I have 12 years of psychiatric nursing knowledge with 2 years working knowledge as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I believe that optimal mental health care is provided by engaging and empower clients with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to reach their health goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

At Mental Health Concepts your care will begin with a comprehensive psychiatric assessment. This evaluation will be used to help identify illness and provide accurate diagnosis of illness. Your diagnoses and treatment options will be discussed with you. A holistic approach will be used to assist you in developing a personalized treatment plan. This treatment plan will be routinely evaluated and adjusted to fit your needs. Treatment plans at Mental Health Concepts routinely consist of medication management and individual psychotherapy as indicated.
