About Cassandra Dulworth

Hello! I'm so glad you're here! My name is Cassandra (Casey) Dulworth - I am a Registered Dietitian with a master's degree in Dietetics from Eastern Michigan University and a bachelor's degree in Health Administration from Central Michigan University. I also hold my ACE-Personal Training Certification. Though I am a Michigan native, home is where the military sends us! As a military family, my husband and our beautiful daughter have had the opportunity to live all over the country! We recently began our newest adventure in Louisiana. I fell in love with all things nutrition and lifestyle when I realized how different I felt when I began properly fueling my body to correlate to my current life stage. For example, my fuel demands shifted as I transitioned from being a competitive athlete to being an infant mom, and again as I prioritized nutrition to aid in recovery from a major surgery versus fueling to keep up with a toddler. As busy (and I mean BUSY!!!) humans, our lifestyle patterns often shift through each season of life. I believe our nutrition approach should adapt as well! Each client I have had the privilege of working with is beautifully unique, and therefore driven by different motivators. My goal is to get to know each of you on a personal level, allowing me to create an individualized nutrition approach that can be easily incorporated into and fit your current lifestyle demands. A license is not required for this provider to see patients. This provider holds a Registered Dietitian certification with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
