What should a new client know about working with you?

When working with me, initial communication typically begins through a virtual platform via email or text, with a phone call as needed to schedule your initial consultation. The intake process lasts a minimum of one hour, during which we take the time to explore your concerns and collaborate on a personalized plan that addresses your mental health needs. I believe in a structured yet flexible approach—after the initial intake, we will work together to monitor progress and adjust the treatment plan. I appreciate partnering with clients who are open to growth and healing. If you're ready to invest in your mental well-being, I’m here to walk alongside you on that journey.
