She is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in working with typically developing children as well as children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Dr. Cao specializes in early intervention, educational assessment, designing and managing ABA programs, and applying behavioral principles to teaching, learning and behavior management. She supervises clinicians seeking certifications in ABA, and provides training for parents and professionals.
