The front desk staff are very friendly and professional. The practitioners’ bedside manner made me feel heard and cared for without rush. Even when though it was busy, there was no wait time. The entire office is run very efficiently - I highly recommend!

The only option was surgery. That is clearly what they are selling. I made it clear that my issues had been well controlled by simple drugs, but they insisted that surgery was the only way. Surgery is always a pain for patients. Sometimes its necessary, but not always. I don't want surgery. I want my nasal sprays. I thought that was reasonably clear enough. Notably, I made my appointment with the actual doctor only to be assigned to a PA. The PA's feed the surgeons.

The attention and care were great! However, I felt pressured to proceed with a procedure before completing the sleep study. I’ve noticed that many doctors in the U.S. tend to rush into procedures without thorough analysis or allowing time for a second opinion. I would have preferred a more patient-centered approach.

Dr. Ly was exceptional. She was very thorough in explaining the purpose of the scan she recommended, what it would reveal and any required follow up. She went through my scan in detail pointing what could be corrected and how it would help me. She was never rushed and asked if I had any questions or concerns. The staff was also thorough in communicating with my insurance in determining coverage. I highly recommend Dr. Ly she clearly is interested in providing the best medical care.

Dr. Ly was incredibly communicative, easy to talk to, and extremely patient. I needed specific things about my assessment explained multiple times and at no point did I feel rushed or dismissed by her. My nurse, Scott, was also extremely friendly and warm. This is my first time going to a hearing appointment in a very long time, but both Dr. Ly and Scott made me feel much less anxious. Thank you for a great appointment!

I had a fantastic experience at this office and with Dr. Ly. Everyone I interacted with was nice and attentive. Dr. Ly was the best doctor I've ever seen in terms of listening and bedside manner. She was incredibly empathetic and thorough, taking time to explain everything to me and being sure to ask all the questions. I now have a treatment plan for an issue that has been bothering me for years! I feel so much relief. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Ly. She was so kind and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. Great place!

I hardly ever leave reviews for anything, but I just had to for this experience. The entire staff was kind, great listeners, knowledgeable, and great at explaining all the various bodily functions and medical terminology. Dr Catharina Ly was all of the characteristics I listed and also extremely empathetic. She also didn’t rush anything and was happy to answer questions. She came up with both a short term and long term treatment plan for me, and I left the appointment feeling really optimistic. Overall I felt so well taken care of, and I’m so grateful to have interacted with a staff that genuinely cares about their patients! They were also very clean. I saw them cleaning multiple times while I was there. Would 1000% recommend!

I was very impressed with her and grateful for her help in quickly identifying my issue, and appreciated that she was so efficient in helping to resolve it.
