Well overall everything was fine ,just long wait.and I didnt get the provider that I originally booked with , however I did see a different provider and I appreciate her very much ,she is a nurse practitioner and she was very good . I might have a new gyn after all .

Disorganized. Waste of time. Terrible bedside manner. Lack of explanation of ultrasound findings and generally dismissive attitude. Don't even know if my pap was done and how to get it back. Got billed for services that were not provided. Waiting time of over 2.5 hours while staff is roaming around aimlessly or sitting in the rooms chatting with each other.

? it seems to me that they take more time decorating the office then they actually do with their patients. I arrive to my appointment 20 minutes early and still had to wait over an hour to be seen once finally seen it was quick no more than 15 minutes so I was confused why I waited an hour plus to be seen. overall, the doctor herself was pretty OK I guess. however, my prescription was sent to a different borough. which clearly represents the unclear communication from the staff because I don’t even know how that’s possible. 4/10 experience.

This was my first gyno experience and I can definitely say that I loved it . Not only was I heard but I felt safe and comfortable to express things that made me feel less about myself. They asked questions to better understand me and genuinely made my experience worthwhile. Truly amazing and I’m happy that my first time was enjoyable and I’m lost for words honestly. Best decision ever to come here !!!??
