More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I was very nervous, but from the start she had a warm smile on her face and that made all the difference for me :)
Very knowledgeable about my needs and possible solutions. Easy to talk to. Friendly. I'm glad I found her.

Catherine is very inviting and makes you feel comfortable right off the bat. This is my first time trying grow therapy medication management and she has been very insightful and more. I am excited for my journey and its thanks to her.
Catherine was my randomly assigned first provider through Grow. While I signed up just for medication management appointments, Catherine has exceeded expectations by forging a warm, genuine relationship without the clinical overkill-kind of sterility you might expect. I feel remembered, seen, and heard without judgment or impatience (which is hard for a talker like me). Catherine (with help from Lexapro) has truly helped to make me feel well for the first time in my adult life.

Catherine always knows how to ask the right questions that really get to the 'meat' of what's going on and how we can work on it. I also appreciate that even though she keeps the conversation focused, she also makes space for some humorous detours.
