Welcome! I am a dual Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I offer medication management, diagnosis and evaluation. Whether it's making sure your meds are working right, dealing with any side effects, or just feeling better overall. I treat a range of mental health issues, including Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Schizophrenia, Bipolar and ADHD. I am here to ensure you feel supported and empowered, and your input is absolutely crucial. My goal is to equip you with the tools and support you need.
I create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for every client and understand the importance of empathy, trust, and kindness. My sympathetic, kindhearted, and caring approaches to each individual patients make me capable of reaching the core of each of my patients’ issues. I provide individualized care and treatment, and I believe in a collaborative relationship where compassionate listening is a priority in supporting you on your path to better health.
I am now available to see patients via telehealth in TX, CO, AZ, and WA.

I have extensive experience treating men and women with mood changes that can arise during the various stages of life. Our work together will be empathic, supportive and collaborative.
