Greetings, my name is Catherine, and I am a licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner in Texas and New York. I hold a Master's in Nursing from the University of Texas, Houston. With 2 years of experience in psychiatry and family medicine, I am passionate about my career and especially dedicated to helping others. I specialize in medication management for mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD. I am located in Richmond, Texas, and provide telehealth services.

What should a new client know about working with you?
At every encounter, I hope that you leave each session feeling both heard and seen. It is my practice model to treat you as a person, not as a number on my to-do list for the day. Seeing you get better and thrive is what brings me enormous fulfillment. It is my wish to empower you and provide you with the tools needed to function at your best. More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
