Her experience includes providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management care and psychoeducation to patients in assisted living facilities, nursing/group homes. The past six years she has focused on outpatient psychiatric medication management. Catherine strives for collaboration with other providers to achieve holistic care. An open line of communication with patients and their families to ensure Patient Centered Care is important to her. Her strong foundational knowledge of Pathophysiology and Pharmacology informs her diagnosis and treatment, she strives to educate her patients and promotes their overall health while helping them understand the mind body connection

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.
