She’s willing to make minor adjustments there, so you don’t have to make an appointment and pay more money. My experience with Catherine has been amazing. She is such a phenomenal listener, and she made me feel so much better about some of the things I have been dealing with. Zocdoc did not send anything prior to the appointment, except an email with some general information that was already visible during the appointment setup process on the site.
There was a big yellow button that said something like "Prepare For Your Appointment," which given that it was virtual, should have included something regarding which video chat platform was to be used.
My appt. time came (10am) and I'm still scrambling trying to find how to access the appt. I called the office three times (luckily the key press prompts and someone answering was pretty quick) but it wasn't until the third call, that I had to actually wait for someone to answer..) that my provider jumped on the call.
According to the doctor, we had to be a bit more rushed through the appointment (though to her credit, she made the next person wait a few minutes) because I was late.
