What should a new client know about working with you?

On our first meeting, you can expect not to be rushed. I will listen to your story with intention and without hurry. My initial appointments are a full hour, and follow‑ups are 30 minutes, giving us the time and space needed to build a clear, collaborative plan for your wellbeing. I believe in creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward emotional balance and wellbeing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session with me is calm, structured, and collaborative. I like patients to know exactly what to expect so they can settle in and feel comfortable. You’ll start by sharing what’s been going on lately mood, sleep, stressors, medications, anything that feels important. I’ll ask focused diagnostic questions to understand your symptoms clearly and make sure we’re tracking changes over time. I don’t practice talk therapy, so our time is centered on assessment, medication management, safety, and planning next steps. We’ll review how your current treatments are working, discuss any side effects, and explore options if adjustments are needed. I’ll explain my clinical reasoning so you always understand why I’m recommending something. Before we wrap up, we’ll make sure you feel heard, supported, and clear on the plan moving forward.
