“My time at Reconnect Trauma Treatment Center was incredible. I have pretty severe anxiety and dissociation (dpdr) so finding a place that not only knew what my symptoms were but have seen them and treated others with them before. All the staff was amazing and incredibly comforting. Having a community of different people going through similar struggles was very hearting and made me feel less alone in a very lonely time in my life. The office is amazing and the space feels very comforting and welcoming rather than a harsh clinical setting.
I was so paranoid and worried when I was first looking for a place to get treatment because my negative world view made me see every business as greedy, but I TRULY felt like I was cared for at Reconnect.
If you are looking for a place to get treatment, I highly recommend giving this place a try.”

Haines, Lev White, Nkem Ndefo and The Embody Lab’s 2024 Somatic Healing Trauma Immersion in San Diego California meeting experts in the field in person: Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Bessel Van Der Kolk, and Dr. Gabor Mate.
