Hi, my name is Cecilia Ragsdale, a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. I work with Kubara Psychiatry & Behavioral Health LLC, offering mental and behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. I provide both onsite and online virtual office visits, allowing clients to access mental and behavioral healthcare from the comfort of their home or personal space.

My goal as a provider is to collaborate with each individual client to build a healthy, and successful working relationship to ensure a positive outcome. Use holistic and evidence-based practice to help you obtain positive coping skills. Provide a therapeutic approach & medication management based on the individual needs. Everyone is different so is the treatment approach. We are here to assist you as we understand the impacts.
We will work with you to reschedule appointment if necessary. Patient must submit their insurance ID at the time of booking an appointment for verification and eligibility.
What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a variation of services and based on your needs we will work together collaboratively to meet those needs. Our services include psychiatric, psychological evaluations and assessments, medication management, psychotherapy, telepsychiatry, onsite services and client education. A link with intake forms which include consent form, practice policies and screening tools will be sent to the client for fill out. Cecilia does not prescribe stimulants or Benzodiazepines but can prescribe non-controlled substances alternatives that can offer similar results.

Initial session: $200 for 60 minutes
Ongoing session: $100 for 30 minutes
- Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
- Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
- Charges post-reimbursement amount: This provider will only charge you for the amount you pay after you get reimbursed from your insurance plan, so you don’t need to pay the session fee upfront
